We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Soft-Tips.co.uk, but if you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 working days after the date of receipt for a FULL refund, as long as it remains unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact.

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to a faulty product or if the error is ours (order error). We will then refund your return postage cost.
Exchanging goods
When returning goods due to incorrect sizing where a replacement is required, it is advisable to place a new order on the website for the correct replacement goods first. This ensures that the goods can be despatched with a minimum of delay in order to get them delivered to you promptly. You should then follow the normal returns procedure as above to return the original goods for refund.
Signing for/collection of goods
We use Royal mail recorded and signed for delivery services. If you fail to sign for your goods Royal Mail will notify you that the goods can be collected from them. If you fail to collect your goods within one week of the original delivery attempt, Royal Mail will return them to Soft-Tips.co.uk. You will be required to pay the re-posting costs before the goods are released.
